Studio policies.

Payment

Payment is accepted at booking but is not required to reserve an appointment. Full payment for services rendered is due immediately at the end of your session. Any advance payment is applied to your final total.

Accepted methods are all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment methods available in Acuity checkout may differ from those accepted at the studio. If your preferred method is not shown online, contact Curtis to arrange payment.

Optional additions must be selected or agreed to before they are provided. You will know the price before choosing an additional service. There are no automatic recurring charges.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• At least 24 hours before your start time: cancel or reschedule without a fee. If you prepaid, choose a refund or credit toward a rescheduled appointment.
• Less than 24 hours before your start time: a cancellation or rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the confirmed appointment total applies, including reserved add-ons.
• Missed appointment / no-show: a fee equal to 100% of the confirmed appointment total applies.

Notice is measured from the scheduled start time in Houston’s Central Time. Use the cancellation/rescheduling link in your confirmation when available, or contact [email protected] or (832) 333-0994. Keep your confirmation of the change.

If you prepaid, the applicable fee is deducted from that payment and any remainder is refunded. If you have not prepaid, an invoice may be issued. Fees will not be charged automatically to a saved payment method without your authorization.

Sudden illness and emergencies: contact Curtis as soon as possible. Fee exceptions may be considered individually. Please do not attend while acutely ill or contagious to avoid a cancellation fee.

If the studio cancels: no fee applies. Choose a full refund of any advance payment or reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Refunds are initiated within five business days of confirming the cancellation and applicable amount. Your payment provider controls when funds appear in your account. Completed sessions are not refunded solely because a particular feeling or outcome was not experienced; please raise any service concern with Curtis promptly. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Late arrivals

Please contact Curtis if you are running late. Your session may be shortened to protect the next appointment, with the full booked price still due. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting the studio, the appointment may be treated as a no-show. If you have contacted Curtis, an alternative arrangement may be discussed when the schedule allows.

Arrival & building access

Parking is free. Building entry is by confirmed appointment only; walk-ins cannot be accommodated. The studio is at 2115 Runnels St, Houston, TX 77003. Contact Curtis before your visit to coordinate entry or discuss access needs.

Your comfort & consent

Reiki, sound healing, chakra work, intuitive guidance, and integration conversations are complementary spiritual wellness services. They do not replace medical care or licensed psychotherapy. Participation in any technique is optional; ask questions, request modifications, decline touch, or stop at any time.

Please review the Wellness Consent & Liability Waiver. A signed agreement must be completed before services begin. You may print and bring it, or review and sign a copy with Curtis at your appointment. Reading this website or booking does not itself create a signed waiver.

Free Alchemy Connection Call

The 15-minute introductory phone call is complimentary and does not require payment or a session commitment. The paid-session cancellation fees do not apply to this free call. Please give notice if you cannot attend so the time can be offered to someone else.
